$2,218/week (36 hrs) | $2,806/week (48 hrs) Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) needed at University Hospital in Jackson, MS 39216 

Start: 8/6 or every other Thursday
13-week contract
36/48 hours guaranteed weekly
Shift: Days, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Every Wednesday & Thursday, and every other Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

Requirements:

• Active LMSW or LCSW license with active Mississippi State License
• Minimum 2 years of acute inpatient medical case management experience
• At least 1 year within the last 3 years in a 500+ bed Level I Trauma/Academic Medical Center
• Previous travel experience in a Level I Trauma facility within the last 3 years
• Recent acute inpatient case management and ED discharge planning experience
• Proficient with EPIC
• Strong computer skills
• Able to work independently with minimal orientation

Assignment Details:

• Level I Trauma Center
• Caseload: 15-20 patients per day
• 2-week orientation
• Webex interview (20-30 minutes)
• Local travelers accepted (50-mile radius) at $70/hour
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemption only)
• Fingerprinting required (allow 10 days for remote processing or complete in person prior to start)
