Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to patients in a long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) setting
• Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records using facility EMR systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Float between units within the facility as operationally needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license valid in the state of California
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an SLP
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Ability to work Monday through Friday in an onsite LTACH environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Seasoned experience in acute care, with preference for LTACH setting
• Familiarity with Protouch EMR platform
• Strong adaptability and comfort floating between units as needed
