We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders to improve communication and functional outcomes.
This role involves working closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
Evaluate patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve communication and cognitive function
Document patient progress and update care plans
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff
Educate patients and families on therapy strategies
Ensure compliance with clinical and facility standards

Schedule: Monday Friday (per contract pattern)
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license (CA required or eligible per facility rules)
BLS certification preferred or required by facility
Experience in skilled nursing / rehab setting preferred
