Job TitleSpeech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Schedule / Job TypeFull-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Days | Monday-Friday, No Weekend Rotation
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and home programs
Required Qualifications- Current California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or eligibility required
- Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend rotation
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or post-acute care environment
- Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including modified barium swallow studies
- Familiarity with Medicare documentation and compliance requirements in a SNF setting
