Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | Full-Time (35 hours guaranteed per week)
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care across multiple facilities
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment strategies
Required Qualifications- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid Illinois state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or eligibility
- Ability to work across split facility assignments
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a multi-site or split-facility setting
- Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment
- Strong adaptability and organizational skills in fast-paced clinical environments
