Description

American Traveler is hiring a Stepdown RN for a night shift position requiring BLS, ACLS, and 2 years of recent stepdown experience.

Details

  • Stepdown unit setting with a 1:4 patient-to-nurse ratio
  • Night shift schedule, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
  • 13-week contract assignment

Requirements

  • Active RN license (AL or Compact) required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum 2 years of recent stepdown experience required
  • Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of start
  • No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

  • Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local travelers will not be considered
  • Travelers who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
  • RTO requests must be less than one week
  • First-time travelers may be considered for this position
