Position/Specialty: Stepdown RN
Shift: 3x12s, Days, 7a-7p, Holiday Rotation
Ratios: 1:4
Weekend REQ (Y/N): Yes, every other weekend.
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N): No
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities (Y/N)? Yes, same expectation as current staff nurses; agency will float first.
Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2 Years
First-time travelers accepted: (Y/N): Yes, who have prior ICU and/or Stepdown experience
License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
Certifications REQ: ACLS, BLS
Certifications PREF: NIHSS
Special Requirements: Must have ICU and/or Stepdown experience
Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N): Approval can be requested prior to assignment, but not guaranteed.
Local Radius: 60 miles
Locals Accepted: (Y/N): No locals accepted
RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs.
Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Hurricane Season: Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a NEW or EXT assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
