Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Pediatric Stepdown Registered Nurse in New Haven, CT. This position is specifically for winter coverage for one 10-week contract, with local radius restrictions waived for this assignment. You must start by 11/13/2026, and note that there is no holiday RTO permitted, with a maximum of 5 days RTO allowed.
As a Pediatric Stepdown RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to pediatric patients in a progressive care unit. The average nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4, ensuring that you can deliver personalized attention to each child in your care.
