GHG Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Opportunity:
RN - MedSurg Stepdown
Job Details:
• Night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekend and holiday shifts required as scheduled
• No time off approved between December 20th and January 2nd
• Work on an 34-bed MedSurg unit that includes both Stepdown and Floor patients
• Patient ratios of 1:3 for Stepdown and 1:5-6 for Floor
• Required to titrate drips
• Must be proficient in reading and interpreting telemetry strips
• Ventilators are present on this unit with respiratory therapy available in-house 24/7
• Charge Nurse and Transport RN available from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM at optimal staffing
• Certified nursing assistants typically available with 2-5 CAs on the unit
• Telemetry technicians post strips each shift
• May be required to float to other units
• Scrub color required: Royal Blue
• Charting system: EPIC
• 2 shift cancellation policy per 13-week contract
• BSN not required
• Required certifications: BLS
