Description

American Traveler is hiring a Stepdown RN with HVTI telemetry experience for a day/night rotating shift position requiring an active OH or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the HVTI-Stepdown unit of a hospital setting
• Potential to float to units J1-2, J33 and the Emergency Department to care for the same patient population
• Day/night rotating 3x12 hour shifts (7:00am-7:30pm or 7:00pm-7:30am)
• Shifts may be adjusted to meet operational needs of the hospital, though preferred shift will be honored when possible

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact license in hand required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 1 year combined permanent experience in the stepdown specialty required
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required with medical/religious exemptions only

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment completed during orientation with acceptable scores required
• Must work at least every other holiday
• Locals accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
• First-time travelers are not considered for this position
