License: Required Certifications: IAHCSMM/HSPA Must-Have: Travel experience required. Basic computer skills required. Description: The role requires proficiency in sterile processing techniques and knowledge of aseptic principles. Candidates must have experience in the use of various cleaning and sterilization equipment. Knowledge of instrumentation and tray assembly is essential. Experience with automated endoscope reprocessors and high-level disinfection processes is required. Strong organizational skills for effectively managing trays and instruments are necessary. The position involves on-call duties for Saturdays or holidays as per scheduling requirements. Candidates must have the ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Effective communication skills are essential for coordination with team members and other healthcare staff. A commitment to patient safety and adherence to infection control practices is critical. The facility requires that all employees receive the flu vaccine, without exemptions. Travel experience is mandatory for this position. Candidates must have two supervisory references to validate their experience. No requested time off is permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment.
