Travel Superintendent

Deacon Construction is looking for an experienced Traveling Superintendent with a strong grocery construction background to join our growing Boise Team. This is a field leadership role for someone who thrives on the road, runs tight jobsites, and takes pride in delivering grocery and food retail projects on schedule and to a high standard.

As a Traveling Superintendent on Deacon’s Special Projects team, you will lead field operations on grocery and food retail projects across the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West, with Boise as your home base. You will run the day-to-day jobsite, manage subcontractors, enforce quality and safety standards, and partner with the Project Manager to keep every project on schedule and on budget. You will represent Deacon in the field with clients, store operators, and trade partners — and you will set the standard for how we work.
