Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgical Technologist – Everett, WA 98201

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Everett, Washington

Schedule: 4x10 day shifts (06:30 - 17:00), with at least 10 call shifts per month. Call coverage from 17:00 - 06:30. 1-2 weekends per month required. Daily surgical case volume averages 55 cases across 18 operating rooms.

Requirements:

• Washington State Surgical Technologist registration required
• Current BLS certification required; NBSTSA certification preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of surgical technology experience required
• Required skills: Cardiovascular/Thoracic, General OR, and Laparoscopic procedures
• Must be proficient as singular scrub for cardiothoracic cases and willing to float to general OR
• Preferred experience: OB/GYN, Plastic, ENT, Urology, Robotic, Orthopedics, Neuro/Cranial, and Transplant procedures
• Flexible endoscope reprocessing experience preferred (Bronchoscopes, EGD Scopes, EBUS)
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Local candidates within 50-mile radius are not accepted
