Key Responsibilities
- Scrub and assist in a variety of surgical procedures including orthopedic, spine, joint replacement, and laparoscopic cases
- Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment including Stryker, Mako, and Globus systems
- Support robotic-assisted surgical procedures as applicable
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary OR team to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency
- Document and maintain accurate records using the Meditech EMR system
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of current CST experience in an operating room setting
- Active BLS certification required
- Active NBSTSA certification required
- Active DORA (Colorado) certification required
- All certifications must be current and active at time of placement
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Total joint replacement experience in a Level II or Level III facility
- Experience with robotic-assisted surgical systems such as DaVinci
- Strong teamwork and collaborative communication skills
