Job Details

• Shift: Nights; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, and 0 years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree of Nursing; certifications appropriate for the unit or service are preferred
• Responsibilities:
  • Use resources as needed to promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization
  • Assess health status through ongoing collection and assessment of health data
  • Perform health teaching and health counseling
  • Execute delegated medical functions and monitor therapy and treatment plans
  • Document in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
  • May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on business need
  • May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift
