Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Telemetry, Glenview, IL. The Registered Nurse provides telemetry care in a cardiovascular-focused setting, including cardiovascular medical-surgical care. The role includes night shifts, floating to other units in a registered nursing capacity as needed, and managing a full patient assignment.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend, and holiday coverage is required as needed.
  • Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience and one completed travel contract; Illinois nursing license or temporary license with documented submission of a permanent license application; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; passing EKG test score of 80% or higher; cardiovascular nursing experience.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information:
    • May float to any unit in a registered nursing capacity and manage a full patient assignment.
    • The primary clinical setting is cardiovascular medical-surgical care.
    • Temporary licenses are accepted while a permanent Illinois license is in process.
