Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN - Telemetry for a night shift contract requiring an active IL RN license and EKG proficiency.

Details

  • Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit handling boarded patients within the ED (not direct ED patients)
  • 12-hour night shift schedule, 7p-7:30a
  • Every-other weekend requirement
  • Holiday coverage as needed
  • Floating to other MS units when not needed in the ED
  • No on-call requirements
  • 8-week contract length

Requirements

  • Active IL RN license required
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required, 4+ years preferred
  • Passing EKG test required for consideration
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • New graduates will not be considered

Additional Information

  • Care for boarded patients within the ED as part of an MS/Tele nursing team
