McLaren Macomb | Mount Clemens, MI | 13 Weeks | 36 Hours/Week | Day Shift
Seeking an experienced Telemetry RN to provide quality patient care, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team in a hospital float pool.
Position Highlights:
- Three 12-hour shifts per week (36-hour guarantee); no 4x12 schedules.
- Day shifts.
- Every other weekend required.
- No on-call responsibilities.
- Float Pool assignment; flexibility to work across units required.
- EMR: Paragon.
- Matching scrubs required.
Key Duties:
- Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and educational needs.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions.
- Evaluate patient responses to nursing care.
- Coordinate and delegate patient care activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain quality and patient safety.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- At least one completed travel assignment required.
- Active Michigan RN license required at submission.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Cerner EMR experience preferred.
- ACLS certification preferred.
- RN specialty skills checklist completed within the past year required.
