Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry Stepdown position requiring 2+ years of experience and a Maryland or compact RN license.

• 22-bed telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• 13-week assignment with a 07:00-19:30 shift schedule

Requirements

• Active RN license from the Maryland Board of Nursing or compact license required prior to start
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire (AHA or ARC accepted)
• ACLS certification preferred (AHA or ARC accepted)
• PALS certification preferred (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or current professional licensure required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care in a telemetry stepdown setting with a focus on patient safety
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, seamless patient care
