Traveling Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

• Assist with daily field operations and subcontractor coordination
• Monitor project safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and project documentation
• Track short-term schedules and project milestones
• Support the Superintendent through project completion

• Multifamily construction experience preferred
• Garden-style or podium project exposure preferred
• Construction Management or related degree preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Open to travel for project assignments as needed
