With a consistent pipeline of work and long-standing client relationships, they are known for empowering their field teams and promoting from within.Job DescriptionManage daily on-site construction activities from start to finish. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Monitor project schedules and maintain production goals. Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance. Lead site meetings and provide progress updates to project teams. Experience with QSR, convenience store, gas station, or restaurant projects. Ground-up and renovation construction experience. Ability to travel extensively nationwide.
