Position Overview

• Lead all on-site electrical field operations from ground-up through commissioning
• Coordinate daily site logistics, safety meetings, and subcontractor management
• Own the electrical scope: quality, schedule, installation, and manpower
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and clients for seamless communication and execution
• Drive performance on fast-track, high-tech builds with complex systems and tight timelines
• Travel regionally (Midwest-based projects) with long-term stability and consistent workload

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent
• Prior work on data center, mission-critical, or large industrial projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC standards, and field construction best practices
• Proven ability to lead crews, manage subcontractors, and deliver on fast-paced timelines
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel for extended project durations
