Traveling Field Agent

Terraboost Media is a fast-growing retail media business specializing in regional and national media sales and outreach. With over 100,000 5-foot-tall, full-color wellness billboards nationwide, we empower advertisers to go beyond traditional advertising sponsoring wellness in communities across the USA. The Traveling Field Agent is based out of our Naperville, IL office and travels up to 75% of the time including frequent overnight and multi-day trips. This position is responsible for installing artwork and kiosks at partner retailers across our broader footprint. Rather than servicing a single local market, this role deploys wherever installations are scheduled and represents Terraboost and its clients in the field.

Compensation is $21.00-$23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining kiosks.
• Follow assigned travel itineraries and installation schedules across multiple markets
• Load, unload, prepare, and inspect orders.
• Offer best-in-class customer service with open, accurate and professional communication.
• Maintain flexibility to travel on short notice, including occasional weekends, to meet installation deadlines
• Accurate completion of work orders and updating information as needed to team/manager/customer and via various software platforms.
• Safely operate company-provided or rental vehicles and travel by air as required by the assignment.
• Implement changes to transportation services, policies or scheduling as requested by the Manager or Dispatcher.
• Fully and consistently comply with safety rules, administrative procedures, and policies and complete required work logs and reports.
• Use the company-issued PEX card for authorized business expenses, track purchases, and submit receipts in accordance with company policy.
• Attend required meetings and suggest ways to improve processes and efficiencies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
• Proven work experience in field installation, field service, or a similarly travel-intensive role.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays, multi-day trips, and occasional weekends.
• Comfortable navigating air travel, hotels, and unfamiliar markets independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:

• At least two (2) years in a field service, installation, or travel-based technician role
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Other Requirements

This position will regularly travel via company-owned vehicles to retailers. Employees of Terraboost Media who drive for business must:

• Be at least 25 years of age to operate company vehicles, in accordance with the company’s driver insurance policy.
• Meet the requirements of Terraboost Driving Policy.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
