You will lead field operations while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.Oversee day-to-day site operations on commercial retrofit projectsManage subcontractors across MEP and HVAC scopesEnsure projects are delivered on schedule and within budgetInterpret drawings, specifications, and scopes of workCoordinate closely with design and project management teamsEnforce safety standards, including OSHA complianceMaintain strong client relationships on active job sitesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
