    Job Description

The Boldt Company, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group
Location: Our project-based roles are ideal for individuals who thrive in the field and want to see the direct impact of their work. You'll be assigned full-time to active project sites across our portfolio, working closely with experienced project teams and industry-leading clients. To support a sustainable travel lifestyle, team members return home every three weeks for a long weekend, providing regular opportunities to rest, recharge, and spend quality time at home before returning to the jobsite.

At Boldt, we don't just build projects, we build careers, lasting relationships, and some of the most exciting construction work in the country. As a Traveling Project Controls Specialist, you'll have a front-row seat to major power, industrial, renewable energy, and manufacturing projects while helping drive the decisions that keep them on track and performing at their best.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be more than a number cruncher. You'll work side-by-side with field leaders and project teams on active jobsites across the country, transforming project data into meaningful insights that influence strategy, improve performance, and help teams succeed. From tracking costs and forecasting outcomes to identifying risks and uncovering opportunities, you'll play a critical role in delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

If you're energized by travel, enjoy solving complex challenges, and want to see the direct impact of your work in the field, this role offers unparalleled exposure to large-scale construction projects and the people who build them. You'll develop expertise in cost control, forecasting, earned value, scheduling, and project performance while building relationships with some of the industry's best builders and leaders.

At Boldt, you'll be trusted to make an impact from day one, supported in your professional growth, and given opportunities to expand your skills and advance your career. Every project is different, every day presents new challenges, and every success is shared by the team. If you're looking for a role where you can travel, grow, influence project outcomes, and help build something meaningful, we'd love to have you join us.
