Job Description
- Manage daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors
- Oversee project schedules, sequencing, and milestone tracking
- Lead safety efforts and enforce company/site safety protocols
- Conduct site meetings, reporting, and progress tracking
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams
- Ensure quality control across all phases of construction
- Manage inspections, deliveries, and on-site logistics

The Successful Applicant
- +/- 5-12 years of construction industry experience
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on large-scale data center projects
- Demonstrated history of managing subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Strong leadership and communication skills across field teams
- Strong tenure at current and previous employer(s)
- Experience with Procore or similar construction software is a plus
- Open to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions - will start in the Northern Virginia HQ for the first 4-6 months
