Job Description
- Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans
- Conduct inspections and preparatory meetings
- Manage project documentation and testing reports
- Coordinate with owners, consultants, and subcontractors
- Track non-conformance items and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with federal and healthcare construction standards

- Experience on federal and/or healthcare projects required
- USACE CQM Certification preferred
- Ability to travel extensively
- Strong understanding of construction specifications and commissioning processes
- Experience with Procore and construction document management platforms
