Highly flexible and responsive to employee needs.An established, family-owned design-build contractor is seeking multiple Traveling Superintendents to support continued growth across the Southeast, Midwest, and Northeast regions. With a diverse portfolio of retail construction projects and a leadership team committed to investing in people, this is an opportunity to join a business that combines stability, flexibility, and long-term career growth.Job DescriptionManage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeoutLead subcontractors and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budgetCoordinate daily activities with project management teams and key stakeholdersMaintain quality control standards and ensure adherence to project specificationsConduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reportingManage retail projects including remodels, expansions, and ground-up developmentsFoster strong client relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism on-siteMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
