Location: Nationwide travel

A general contractor is hiring a Traveling Superintendent with national big-box retail experience to lead projects across the country. This role fits professionals who are comfortable with travel and focused on delivering stores on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Lead field operations on big-box retail projects in different markets nationwide
• Coordinate local trade partners and keep work safe, on schedule, and on quality
• Manage site safety, inspections, and daily reporting
• Work closely with Project Managers to plan schedules and resolve issues fast
• Drive punch lists and closeout so stores open on time

What You Bring

• Superintendent experience on national big-box retail projects (e.g., Walmart) – required
• Comfort with frequent, nationwide travel
• Strong knowledge of retail construction, remodels, and tight schedules
• A safety-first mindset (OSHA 30 is a plus)
• The ability to quickly build trust with new crews in new places
