Job Details

— Superintendent experience on ground-up industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
— Experience managing projects valued at $20M+.
— Ability to lead all field operations from startup through turnover.
— Knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics.
— Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
— Strong understanding of construction safety practices.
— Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
— Experience driving schedule, quality, and production goals.
— Strong leadership and communication skills.
— Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments.
