Traveling Superintendent

The responsibilities for the Traveling Superintendent will be:

• Manage and support large-scale big-box retail construction projects.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple job sites in Louisiana, Wisconsin, and other regional locations as required.
• Work closely with project teams, owners, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards on complex commercial developments.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel regularly to project sites and support field operations as needed.
• Contribute to problem-solving, planning, and execution on high-value construction projects.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress, risks, and milestones.

A successful Travelling Superintendent should have:

• • Experience delivering big-box retail construction projects.
  • Previous involvement with commercial projects of approximately 50,000 square feet or larger.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively on complex, high-value construction projects.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for project assignments.
  • Experience collaborating with field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Construction industry experience within a general contractor or construction management environment.
