Traveling Superintendent

The Travelling Superintendent will have the below key responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Manage projects from sitework and foundation activities through final completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with project management and field teams to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Provide site leadership and communicate project progress to key stakeholders.
• Travel throughout North Carolina and South Carolina to support active projects.

Lead ground-up commercial projects across the CarolinasStrong compensation, bonus, travel perks, and growth potential

The successful Travelling Superintendent will have the following:

• 3+ years of experience serving as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven ground-up construction experience from site development through project closeout.
• Experience leading field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Strong scheduling and project coordination skills.
• Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and multiple site activities.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout North and South Carolina (approximately 75%).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with project teams.

• Competitive base salary of $110,000-$130,000 plus approximately 10% bonus potential.
