Traveling Superintendent

• Oversee daily construction activities on assigned project sites and keep work moving according to the project schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractor work, site access, and sequencing to maintain steady progress across project phases.
• Review completed work in the field and address items that need correction before the next phase begins.
• Track site conditions, materials, and completed activities to provide clear updates on project progress.
• Read project drawings and specifications to guide field work and resolve day-to-day construction questions.
• Manage site safety practices and communicate expectations with trade partners and visitors.
• Lead on-site coordination for multifamily, student housing, high-rise, senior living, hospitality, mixed-use, retail, and renovation projects.
• Travel to project locations as needed to maintain consistent field oversight and timely decisions.

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

• Experience overseeing construction work on multifamily projects.
• Experience with student housing, high-rise, senior living, hospitality, mixed-use, retail, or renovation projects.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site activities.
• Experience reading construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to monitor work quality, site safety, and project schedules.
• Comfort traveling to project sites as needed.

• Permanent Traveling Superintendent position
• Salary of $120,000 to $150,000
• Per diem package
