Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners to ensure project success. Drive schedule adherence and proactively resolve field challenges. Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and design teams. Conduct site meetings, progress reporting, and workforce planning. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Traveling Superintendent should have:Proven experience as a Superintendent leading large-scale ground-up commercial or industrial construction projects.Experience with warehouses, distribution centers, light industrial facilities, tilt-wall construction, manufacturing, or mission critical/data center projects.Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety programs, quality control, and subcontractor management.Ability to travel nationwide and work on long-term project assignments.Experience managing projects valued at $100 million or greater is highly preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.What's on OfferBase Salary: $130,000 - $155,000Estimated Discretionary Bonus: Approximately 10%Travel Incentive: Additional 10% of base salaryMission Critical/Data Center Incentive: Additional 10% of base salaryCompany VehiclePer Diem: Approximately $51,240 annuallyTravel Home Allowance: $1,000 per monthGym Reimbursement: $318 annuallyIndustry-leading safety culture with nationally recognized performanceLong-term career advancement with a company known for promoting from withinOpportunity to work on some of the nation's largest industrial and mission critical construction projectsInterested?
