Traveling Superintendent – Data Center Construction

We’re hiring an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead the field execution of data center projects across multiple locations for a client of ours. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of mission-critical construction.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily on-site operations for large-scale data center builds

• Coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the field and project management team

• Ensure high standards of quality and deliver projects on time and within scope

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience on data centers or mission-critical facilities

• Willingness to travel and stay on-site for extended project durations

• Strong understanding of MEP systems, scheduling, and safety protocols

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
