The Role

As a Traveling Superintendent, you’ll lead projects outside South Florida’s tri-county area. You’ll run a single high-end restaurant project from mobilization through closeout. This is a true Superintendent role — coordinating subcontractors, driving schedules, and owning quality. No self-perform work.

What You Bring

• Direct GC experience building high-end restaurants

• A track record of longevity, not job hopping

• Willingness to travel for extended periods

• Strong communication skills, including email

• Ownership mindset — you run the job like it’s yours

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120K–$130K

• Overtime: FWW OT premium over 40 hours

• Per Diem & All Travel Expenses Covered

• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)

• PTO: 15 days for new hires
