Traveling SuperintendentThe Traveling Superintendent will report to a Senior Superintendent / Project Executive and oversee field operations across national job sites.Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through close-outManage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site coordinationEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standardsDrive schedule performance and proactively mitigate delaysCoordinate with Project Managers and client representativesEnforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulationsOversee inspections, punch lists, and final project deliveryMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.For the Traveling Superintendent role, we are seeking:5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionExperience managing ground-up or large-scale projects ($10M+)Exposure to mission critical, data center, or highly technical builds preferredWillingness and ability to travel nationally (projects may require extended stays)Strong leadership and subcontractor management skillsProficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesWhat's on offer:Competitive base salary of $110k-$150k based on experiencePer diem, travel expenses, and housing supportBonus potential tied to project and company performanceClear path to Senior Superintendent and leadership rolesOpportunity to work on high-profile, technically complex projects nationwide
