Traveling Superintendent - Federal Projects

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage large-scale federal construction projects from start to finish

• Lead diverse teams in highly secure environments requiring advanced security clearances

• Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements

• Coordinate with government agencies, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget

• Travel extensively to project sites across the country

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on federal projects including USACE, NAVAFC, DoD, and similar agencies

• Experience managing teams working in high-security facilities requiring advanced security clearances

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively

• Established career with demonstrated success in complex, high-profile federal projects
