Job Description
Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects align with plans and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain efficient workflows. Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any delays or cost overruns promptly. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress. Manage materials and resources to prevent shortages or excesses on-site. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction phases. Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for review by senior management.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent - Retail should have: Ground up Bank, C-Store, or MOB experience is preferred for this role. Proven experience in supervising retail construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to travel frequently and stay on-site for extended periods. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
