Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and project schedules. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within quality expectations. Lead site meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues. Maintain accurate project documentation and utilize construction management technology. Experience delivering ground-up church projects is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in K-12 education, entertainment venues, movie theaters, concert venues, retail, or high-end interiors will also be considered. Ability and willingness to travel nationally; candidates open to regional Southeast travel are also encouraged to apply. Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, no-ego approach. Professional, polished communication skills and a client-facing mindset. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and project scheduling software is highly desirable. Proven ability to lead projects safely while maintaining quality and schedule performance.What's on OfferBase Salary: $125,000 - $150,000. Truck Allowance: $900 per month. 401(k): 3% company match.
