Traveling Superintendent

A nationally recognized developer and builder, best known for its significant footprint in the multifamily market, with an established and growing light industrial/logistics division. The team is looking to further expand its industrial presence across the Atlanta and Southeast markets and is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to help deliver upcoming projects and play a key role in continuing to build out this division.

The job involves leading all field operations for ground-up light industrial and tilt-wall projects, managing projects from sitework and foundations through closeout and turnover, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, manpower, equipment, and site logistics, owning short-term schedules and ensuring key project milestones are achieved, maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and jobsite productivity, working closely with Project Managers and project leadership, proactively identifying and resolving field issues, and traveling throughout the Southeast, primarily Georgia and Tennessee.

The successful applicant will have proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction, strong light industrial, warehouse, distribution, and/or tilt-wall experience, experience independently leading field operations, a strong understanding of tilt-wall sequencing, site logistics, schedules, and subcontractor coordination, the ability to travel throughout the Southeast, strong leadership and communication skills, and a stable project history with proven ground-up project delivery.
