Potential for career advancement and leadership opportunities is high.Job DescriptionLead all on-site operations for ground-up industrial, cold storage, and data center projects. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams from mobilization through project closeout. Drive project schedules in fast-track, technically demanding environments. Coordinate sitework, structural systems, and complex MEP installations. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications. Oversee site logistics, sequencing, and trade coordination. Conduct regular site walks and quality control inspections. Maintain accurate daily reporting, schedules, and look-ahead planning. Proven experience with ground-up industrial, cold storage, or data center projects. Experience in fast-track and schedule-driven builds. Must be willing and able to travel across the Southeast region and/or Nationally. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $160,000 to $190,000 (USD).
