Regarded one of the best family owned brands to work for they excel at keeping their staff happy and retention high.Job DescriptionSupervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of plans. Monitor site safety and compliance with all regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress. Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site challenges to minimize delays or disruptions. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and schedules. Ground up light industrial warehouse distribution and related construction projects. Tilt wall construction a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
