They are experiencing significant growth, supported by a strong project pipeline and a reputation for delivering high-quality light industrial, cold storage, and data center facilities.Job DescriptionAs the Traveling Superintendent, you will report into senior field leadership and oversee the successful delivery of projects across multiple regions. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.Lead all on-site construction activities across national project locationsManage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to meet project milestonesEnsure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standardsCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholdersDrive project execution across light industrial, cold storage, and data center buildsMaintain detailed reporting on progress, risks, and budget alignmentFoster strong relationships with clients and project teamsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
