Traveling Superintendent

Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects nationwide. Independently manage assigned jobsites from mobilization through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, short-term planning, and sequencing. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and field activities. Oversee tilt-wall, structural, sitework, MEP, interior, and building envelope scopes. Maintain project quality while driving schedule and production in the field. Conduct safety meetings and reinforce jobsite safety expectations. Work closely with Project Managers to address scheduling, cost, and constructability issues. Build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams. Manage punch-list activities, inspections, commissioning, and project turnover. Maintain accurate daily reports and field documentation. Represent the company professionally while working in markets across the U.S.

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: proven experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor, previous experience working in a traveling Superintendent position, strong background delivering tilt-wall construction projects, experience across a mixed commercial project portfolio, demonstrated ability to independently run mid-to-large commercial jobsites, comfortable operating with lean field teams and taking responsibility for day-to-day project execution, strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality control, and construction sequencing, ability and willingness to travel extensively based on project location, strong communication and leadership skills, consistent employment history and demonstrated career progression preferred.
