Description

The Traveling Superintendent will report to Construction Leadership and serve as the primary onsite leader responsible for project execution, safety, quality, and schedule performance. The Traveling Superintendent will play a critical role in delivering successful projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

• Manage all field operations from mobilization through project completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel to maintain project schedules
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
• Conduct quality control inspections and drive workmanship standards across all phases of construction
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress with Project Managers and clients
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize project delays
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and schedule updates

Profile

For the Traveling Superintendent we are seeking:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
• Proven success delivering ground-up and/or renovation projects
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and quality control
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades simultaneously
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Oklahoma and neighboring states as project needs require

Job Offer

• Base salary: $100,000 - $120,000
