Known for its repeat-client partnerships, consistent project pipeline, and field-first culture, the company offers superintendents the autonomy, support, and resources needed to successfully deliver fast-paced projects while advancing their careers.Job DescriptionManage daily onsite construction activities across multiple project assignmentsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project logisticsMaintain project schedules and drive milestone completionEnsure compliance with safety standards and company proceduresConduct quality control inspections and oversee punch list completionCommunicate project progress with project managers, clients, and stakeholdersLead site teams to deliver successful ground-up and renovation projects within active retail environmentsThe Successful ApplicantA successful Traveling Superintendent should have:Proven Superintendent experience within commercial constructionBackground delivering quick service restaurant, convenience store, fuel station, retail, or restaurant projectsExperience managing fast-track construction schedulesAbility to travel extensively throughout the Southeast regionStrong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and subcontractor managementExcellent communication and leadership skillsValid driver's license requiredProficiency with construction scheduling and project documentation softwareWhat's on OfferBase salary: $100,000 - $115,000 depending on experienceAnnual bonus opportunity based on project and company performanceCamper allowance, Vehicle allowance, travel allowance401(k) programProfit Sharing PlanMedical, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid Time OffLong-term career growth with a respected commercial construction organizationOpportunity to manage a steady pipeline of repeat-client projects across the Southeast
