Job TitleSite ManagerJob DescriptionLead onsite construction activities from preconstruction through project completion. Manage day-to-day jobsite operations, including subcontractors and vendors. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company protocols. Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively addressing delays. Conduct regular site meetings with project teams and stakeholders. Coordinate inspections, permitting, and quality control processes. Track progress and provide regular updates to project leadership. Proven experience with ground-up and interior big box and/or hospitality projects. Ability to manage large-scale, multi-million-dollar builds. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety compliance. Willingness and ability to travel full-time. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
