TravisMathew was born in Huntington Beach, California, in 2007 to close the gap between stiff, traditional golf wear and the laid-back SoCal lifestyle. The result is apparel that looks as good on the course as it does everywhere else. Now part of Callaway, the brand has grown well beyond the polo into denim, footwear, accessories, and a women's line.

As a TravisMathew Brand Representative, you'll be the brand's presence inside Golf Galaxy, DSG, and Nordstrom in your area. Each visit has two goals: make the line look its best, and get store associates excited to talk about it.

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity, not a full-time role.

What Each Visit Includes

• Merchandising: Bring displays, fixtures, and signage up to TravisMathew's visual standards
• Stock and sizing: Work backstock so key styles, colors, and sizes are on the floor and fully stocked
• Styling: Present product in the brand's relaxed, on-course-to-anywhere look
• Associate engagement: Share the TravisMathew story, fabrics, performance features, and key styles with store teams
• Relationships: Become the go-to TravisMathew expert for store staff and management in your territory
• Field intel: Spot merchandising opportunities and report competitive insights
• Visit reporting: Submit photos, intel, and a clear summary through ThirdChannel's mobile app

What You Bring

• An eye for golf and lifestyle apparel: fits, fabrics, and the details that set a brand apart
• Experience in retail, merchandising, styling, or brand ambassador work (preferred)
• A detail-oriented eye for a clean, well-sized, on-brand presentation
• Strong people skills and a natural ability to energize store teams
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with mobile apps and everyday technology
• Smartphone (iOS 17+ or Android 13+)
• Reliable transportation to stores within your territory

Engagement Details

• Independent contractor (1099)
• Visit frequency: Once or twice per month, up to 2 hours per visit
• Pay: $26/hr
• Now accepting applications. Engagements begin in December.
