The Wilson Law Group is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Accountant I to support the daily treasury and cash management operations of our finance department. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate escrow and operating account records, processing wires, deposits, and disbursements, and performing daily and monthly reconciliations to ensure the integrity of all cash activity.This position is well suited for an accounting professional early in their career who has strong attention to detail, enjoys reconciliation work, and values maintaining accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Process escrow and client cost disbursementsPost transactions in escrow and accounting systems on the same day they are receivedProcess internal and external wires and bank transfersApply deposits and receipts to accounts receivableReconcile escrow and operating accounts daily and monthlyResearch and resolve unapplied cash and reconciliation discrepanciesMaintain accurate bank balances and transaction recordsAssist with month-end and year-end close processesPrepare financial reports and schedules as assignedQualifications 1–2 years of accounting, treasury, or financial operations experienceKnowledge of GAAP and basic accounting proceduresStrong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tablesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong organizational and reconciliation skillsWorking Conditions Sedentary office environment requiring prolonged sitting, typing, and visual focus.
